The one-bedroom house has a separate living room with a dining table and a work desk. The bedroom features a five-star quality mattress that guests found very comfortable. The bathroom is located at the opposite end of the house, with a shower that has a small drain.

The house is a 13-minute walk from Nea Chora Beach and 15 km from Chania International Airport. It is about a 15-minute walk to the Old Venetian Harbour and the main town area. The location is quiet but close to tourist attractions such as Etz Hayyim Synagogue.
